returns, refunds
- According to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to have a seven-day appreciation period for the product (the date of receipt is the proof/the supermarket is the day of pick-up), but the appreciation period is not a trial period.
- The product itself must be brand new, unopened, and completely packaged before it can be returned or exchanged.
- If the product is defective, please contact us and a dedicated person will handle the return and exchange instructions for you. The shipping company will definitely bear the freight.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for more than seven days (including if there is a shortage of goods, we will not be able to re-send it to you).
- Partial returns are not accepted. Once any item in the order is opened, it cannot be returned. The returned items must maintain their integrity and all items and their gifts must be returned together to ensure your return rights.
- If the return is not due to quality issues, please send the brand new product back to the company within 7 days, and you will be responsible for paying the freight.
- After receiving the confirmation that the returned goods are correct, the refund will be completed within seven working days, and an email notification will be sent on the refund date.
- If malicious returns occur 2 times (or more), the account and IP subscription rights will be cancelled.
